Pure Cow Ghee – Cream Method
Our Cream Method Cow Ghee is made by slowly skimming fresh cream from cow milk and cooking it down into pure, golden ghee. While different from the Bilona (curd-churned) process, the cream method is a time-honoured technique that delivers clean, smooth ghee with a mild, pleasant aroma — ideal for everyday cooking and those who prefer a lighter flavour profile.
- Made from fresh cow milk cream — skimmed and slow-cooked by hand
- Smooth texture with a mild, clean aroma
- Rich in fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K
- No additives, no preservatives — 100% pure ghee
- Lighter flavour profile compared to Bilona ghee — great for everyday use
- Ideal for cooking, baking, tempering, and spreading on rotis
How It’s Made – Step by Step
- Fresh cow milk is collected and allowed to rest so the cream naturally rises to the top.
- The cream is carefully skimmed and collected over time — a patient, traditional process.
- The collected cream is slow-cooked on a low flame, stirred gently as the moisture evaporates and the milk solids begin to separate.
- Once the solids settle and the ghee turns a clear, golden colour, it is removed from the flame at just the right moment.
- The ghee is filtered and bottled — no additives, no preservatives, straight from our farm to your kitchen.
The cream method yields a smooth, light-coloured ghee with a clean, mild flavour — a versatile everyday ghee that works beautifully across all types of Indian cooking.
From our cows to your kitchen — pure, simple, and made with care.
