At FARMSEED, we take great care in packaging and dispatching every order. As our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

We will offer a full refund or replacement in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged or broken during transit
• You receive the wrong product
• The product is defective or has a quality issue upon opening
